@77winkster Of course you can have an? intimidating short person. It’s just less of an immediate thing by sight, and more of a character thing. I know guys around 5′ that can intimidate people much taller than them, because of their reputation and how they carry themselves.
Funny that you mention the Joker calling Batman cute though, since he’s actually done that before. Not to mention the Joker calling him ‘Batsy’ sends a pretty clear message.
